UGH.

A real headache has started with the final Business class assignment:

My lecturer arranged us into groups to supposedly "balance" language, and I'm stuck with the boy from Indiana, and the two Koreans who don't speak a WORD of English.

The assignment is to make a 2 minute advertisement on a product or service of our choice (it can even be made up) and then to make a powerpoint presentation on the tactic used to advertise.

I have a very good concept and idea in mind but my group took forever because someone wanted to do a remake of Transition lenses and the other wanted to create an add for Baseketball (this is an apparent blend of Baseball and Basketball) >>;Don't ask because even I don't know.

So that's the competence level there.

By the way, no one in my group knows how to even utilize movie-maker and all of them are international students without camcorders. Guess who will end up with the work?

Even where filming is concerned, for the concept I have we need to use a house. Which would be mine since they live in dorms. I KNOW there'll be transport issues. Sheesh.

On top of the stress, there's the Family Funeral to plan for. There's a 1000 word essay attached to that.

English 1250 essay is also due on May 11. Need to do it on the weekend.

I get a baby in Families class next week. And by baby, I mean a water balloon I'll draw a face on name.
We need to keep it in tact for a week.
